Introducing Contactless Delivery

Revere Shoes is a firm believer in the health and safety of our people, that includes our customers and co-workers. During these challenging times, we are adapting our services to ensure everyone is as safe as can be. 

That is why we are now implementing 'Contactless Delivery' for ALL orders. Meaning you can still get your favourite fitting footwear straight to your home or work, without worrying about face to face contact with your courier driver. 

 

How it works

All orders placed on or after the 24th of April will automatically be eligable for this service. This is an auto-mated process so you won't have to lift a finger. Just sit back, relax and wait for your footwear to arrive! 

 

Does 'Contactless Delivery' cost extra?

Absoutely not! The safety of our customers comes first so we want to make sure no one is missing out on this service. 

Price of shipping?

To make it easier on our customers, we offer a flat rate of $4.95 for shipping no matter where your order is shipped from. 

 

How long will my order take to be shipped? 

At Revere, we aim to get our order out as soon as possible, which is why we use the fastest postal service for our orders. Any order made before 2pm will be shipping out same business day*. Any order made after 2pm will be shipped out the following day. If we do have troubles with your order, our customer service team will contact you. 

*Business days refer to as Monday - Friday, with the exception of any public holiday specific in New Zealand, or even over in Australia. 

 

When can I expect my delivery? 

Note: At the moment, delivery time frames may be affected due to the current on going situation. Revere are ensuring all orders are still going out on time. 

Your order will be shipped from either our New Zealand or Australia warehouse. This just comes down to stock availability. 

 

New Zealand

Metro: Up to 2 Business Days

Rural: Up to 5 Business Days

 

From Australia

Approximately 3 - 7 business days

 

You will be emailed a tracking number and the courier assigned to your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. For more information on delivery times, visit the assigned couriers websites: Fastway Website.

 

Please take into consideration that shipping time does not include processing time. This can be up to 24 hours on some orders.
