When will my order ship?
We strive to dispatch orders within one business day from order placement (times may vary during promotional periods). Some order items may be dispatched from our
Australian warehouse. If this is the case you will be notified as soon as possible after order placement with estimated shipping timeline..
Business days refer to Monday-Friday with the exception of major holidays.
At this time we do not ship internationally from revereshoes.co.nz. However, you can purchase internationally from our exclusive distributors listed below.
All orders over $200 will ship free.
Returns & Exchanges
You are able to return or exchange your merchandise for any* reason within 30 Days of your purchase. Returns for refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. As soon as we receive your parcel your return will typically be processed within 5 working days. (Times may vary during promotional periods.
Original shipping charges are not refunded.
We cannot process returns or exchanges for purchases made through other retailers.
All exchanges, under the returns policy can only be exchanged for items of equal or lesser value.

Repackage your merchandise in its original packaging and place the shoe box(es) in a shipping carton or satchel. Make sure the package is addressed to Unit 5/9A Jupiter Grove, Upper Hutt 5018, New Zealand.
Opt for either NZ Post or a courier service according to your preference & lodge your parcel.
Don't forget to enclose any necessary documentation and retain the tracking number for your records.
*Items must be in a fully relsalable condition.
*Revere will only allow one return or exchange per order number.
*All packages should be sent via a trackable method. Revere Shoes are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
